Quest Gulliford, a TikTok sensation and cancer survivor, is making waves with his latest viral video showcasing his boldly dyed eyeballs and extensive tattoo collection. It’s a stunning display of individuality.
After successfully overcoming Hodgkin’s lymphoma, Gulliford has spent an incredible $70,000 on tattoos since he began his journey in 2009. In his most recent TikTok video, he talks about his experience with eyeball tattoos, a process that required a lot of mental preparation, taking viewers on an intense journey.

“It was definitely high risk, high reward, especially since I’ve wanted it done for so long,” Gulliford said about the eyeball tattoo procedure. “And after three years, I’m still really pleased with it.”
He has devoted $10,000 of his tattoo budget to his eye modifications alone.

Gulliford shared the mental toughness needed for the eyeball tattoo in Houston, Texas: “It took me a long time on the day once I walked into the shop to even psych myself up to get it done.” This non-traditional process involves a needle being inserted into each side of the eyeball, more like an injection than a typical skin tattoo.
Surprisingly, Gulliford plans to visit the same tattoo artist next month to enhance his eye ink, showing his dedication to pushing the boundaries of personal expression.

Among his many tattoos, Gulliford proudly sports one that symbolizes his victorious fight against cancer. Every tattoo he has, from his first—a cross with the words “God First” on his chest—to the poignant purple cancer ribbon commemorating his battle with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in seventh grade, tells a story of resilience.
Reflecting on his health struggle, Gulliford said, “I had a big lymph node growing. I didn’t give it much thought. It was chemotherapy for around half a year. After that, I felt as though I had superhuman strength.”

In a 2019 interview with Inked, Gulliford revealed that when he started getting facial tattoos at 18, his mother wasn’t happy. She eventually accepted smaller face tattoos, but as his ink expanded, she intervened at tattoo parlors to try and discourage artists from doing larger facial tattoos.
Quest Gulliford’s bold journey of self-expression, marked by triumph over adversity, continues to captivate audiences. His story shows that sometimes the most incredible tales are etched on our skin.
