Couples who’ve been together for a long time tend to know each other inside and out. It’s like they’re in perfect sync, finishing each other’s sentences and even knowing what the other is thinking without saying a word. Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are definitely that kind of couple.

After years of marriage, Mark knows exactly what his wife loves, and for her 54th birthday, he gave her a sweet surprise that made her day.

Kelly playfully joked, “Thank you, Carvel! Thank you for inventing Fudgie the Whale, which is the only reason I agree to turn older every year.”

The Perfect Match: Mark and Kelly

Their love story is one for the ages. They first met in 1995 while working on the set of All My Children and didn’t waste any time – they eloped just a year later in 1996. Fast forward 28 years, and the couple is still going strong, now with three kids: Michael, 26, Lola, 22, and Joaquin, 20. They’ve built a life full of love, patience, and devotion, and their bond seems unbreakable.

On Kelly’s birthday, Mark shared a touching tribute to his wife on Instagram. He posted photos of them together and set the message to the tune of Madonna’s Addicted. His words were full of love: “Happy Birthday Sexy! I’m so glad you were born. What a beautiful sprint around the sun. The best is yet to come. P.S. I promise not to snore so much this year.”

Kelly responded with her usual charm, replying, “Thank you, baby, excellent song choice.”

The birthday love didn’t stop there. Friends and fans alike flooded the post with well wishes. Andy Cohen was quick to comment, “The Song!!! Happy birthday!”

One fan added, “Gorgeous!! Love you on the show, love you period!! Happy bday.”

Another fan added a fun twist, writing, “Happiest birthdays to you, Kelly! I promise not to snore as much to my husband! Have an awesome day! I love you so much!”

It looks like Kelly’s 54th birthday was filled with sweet treats, love from her family and friends, and hopefully, a lot less snoring this year. Here’s to making this year her best yet!
