If you’ve ever watched “The Carol Burnett Show,” you know it’s always full of laughs and smiles. In one memorable clip, Tim Conway had his co-stars laughing so hard they could barely stand.
During a scene where they were playing the game “Password,” Tim Conway, playing Mickey Hart, decided to tell a funny story about an elephant living in a circus.
Dick Van Dyke, Vicki Lawrence, and Carol Burnett couldn’t stop laughing.
Conway’s story took a hilarious turn when he mentioned the elephant and its trainer having a romantic relationship. He even joked about how they were buried together when they died.
The other performers tried to stay composed but ended up shaking and covering their faces, unable to hold back their laughter.
Dick Van Dyke managed to gasp, “Tim, you’re killing us!”
The laughter was contagious, spreading to both the cast and the studio audience. Moments like these show why “The Carol Burnett Show” was so popular.
